Eve Pearson-Wright

Co-Writer and Producer of The Giant Killers, Eve is the artistic directer of The Long Lane Theatre Company. She also plays the role of Lucy.

Eve trained at Mountview, since graduating she has appeared in the West End productions of The Mousetrap and Aliens Love Underpants. She has also appered in The Actress (The Underbelly, Ed Fringe), Get Lost (Adelaide Fringe) and Before The Night is through (Millfield Theatre). TV includes Dream Demons (Sky), Stalkers who Kill (Sky), Suspicion (Discovery) and The Ashley Maddison Affair (Disney). On film Eve has appeared in Assasins Practice, Fallen Soldiers, The Gangs of Tooting Broadway and The Sky in Bloom.

Eve has directed Arty's Ani-magination (The Assembly Rooms, Edinburgh Fringe), The Changing Rooms  (The Arts Depot) and The Magical World of Dahl (Long Lane Schools Tour).

Eve has turned her back on her family's support of Tottenham and instead has become a Brentford (and Darwen) supporter. Her favorite player is Ben Mee (though that might be because when she first heard the crowd call his name she thought it was Smee and she LOVES Hook!)

Andrew Pearson-Wright

Co-Writer, director and Producer, Andrew also plays the role of Bobby Kirkham.

Andrew trained at the Drama Centre London. His Theatre credits include; The Mousterap (West End), That's Love (Theatre Royal Windsor and Tour), Never Ever After (Margate Theatre Royal and tour), Secret Wepons (Jersey Arts Centre and Tour), Death and The Maiden (MAC), Haunting Julia (National Tour) and If I were You, Spring and Port wine, Guilty Secret, How The Other Half Love (all for The Mill at Sonning). Televison credits include The Bill (ITV), Doctors on Death Row (Sky) and The Ashley Maddison Affair (Disney).

Andrew has directed The Actress (The Underbelly, Edinburgh Fringe) and The Edelweiss Pirates (PWA Stantonbury Theatre).

As a youngster Andrew played for Luton Town, Stevenage Borough, Oxford United  and Swindon Town (youth teams) and Berkhamsted Town (first team) before all five clubs came to the same conclusion - he wasn't cut out for a career in football.

Graham Butler

Graham trained at Guildhall School of Music & Drama.

 

Grahams Theatre roles include playing the lead role (Christopher) in The West End production of 'The Curious Incident of The Dog in The Night-Time' and playing Henry in all three parts of 'Henry VI' at The Globe. Other credits for The Globe Theatre are Richard II, Henry V and Nell Gwynne

 

Other Theatre includes Cleansed, The White Guard (National Theatre), Journeys End (West End) Stray Dogs (Theatre 503), Sweet Bird of Youth (Chichester Festival Theatre), The Cherry Orchard (Nottingham Playhouse), and for Long Lane Theatre Company  Arty’s Ani-Magination (The Assembly Rooms, Edinburgh Fringe).

 

On television his best-known work is playing Peter Murray in two seasons of Penny Dreadful. Other screen work includes: Doctor Who (BBC), Bancroft (ITV), Dagr, The Isle (Fizz & Ginger Films) Suspects (Freemantle), Bright Star (BBC Film)

Growing up in Manchester in the 90's it was inevitable that Graham would become a fan of Liverpool FC!

Nicholas Shaw

Nick trained at the Drama Centre London graduating in 2004. 

He first gained attention in the lead role of Doug in The Rotters Club, the TV series based on Jonathan Coe’s novel. He was Justin, one of the lead roles, in the eight-part TV series, Goldplated and played the lead in the 2007 TV film, All About Me. Between 2010 and 2012, he played John Fisher in the BBC series "Land Girls". Recently he has been seen in Bridgerton and Ridley Scott's Napoleon. Other television includes: Young Wallander, Endeavour, Munich: The Edge of War, Dalziel & PascoeHeartbeat, Afterlife, The Romantics, Holby City, Doctors, and Emmerdale. 

On stage Nick played Benjamin in the UK tour of Oxford Stage Company’s production of Gregory Moton’s translation of August Strindberg’s Easter, his performance earned him a commendation in the annual Ian Charleson Awards. For Shakespeare's Globe theatre he has appeared in: The Merchant of Venice and Holding Fire!, and played Romeo in Romeo and Juliet and Lysander in A Midsummer Nights Dream, both at the Regents Park Open Air Theatre. He played the title role in the Northern Broadsides production of Hamlet.
